Guests locked out of the room – From time to time a guest will lock themselves out of the room or misplace room key. We can put systems in place to resolve these issues.

General enquiries – Any calls requesting future bookings or general enquiries should be informed that this is after hours call service only and they will need to ring again during business hours to speak to reception. 

Amenity Issues – any calls that notify of amenity issues such as no hot water, no power, or leaking room should be reported onto management. The Virtual Night Manager will take down guest contact details, then advise management who will contact the guest regarding the issue. If the situation escalates then procedures are set in place to handle this situation.
